Hi everyone, I’m Begul, a licensed Realtor proudly serving The Woodlands, Houston, and surrounding communities.

With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, along with a strong background in marketing, advertising, and graphic design, I bring a unique combination of creativity, business knowledge, and real estate expertise to every client I serve.

Before entering real estate, I spent four years working in marketing at Macy’s.com INC as a marketing graphic designer and also worked with national marketing and advertising companies in California. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in advertising, strategic marketing, and understanding what makes a property stand out in today’s market.

I also hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design, giving me a strong eye for presentation, visual marketing, and showcasing properties in the best possible way. I owned Real Estate media marketing since 2015

Today, I combine all of these experiences to help my clients successfully buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate. My business is built on honesty, hard work, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping my clients reach their goals.

I also specialize in working with real estate investors and have personal experience as a multi-property rental owner, giving me valuable insight from both the Realtor and property-owner perspectives.
