You will only be charged for the diagnostic fee. We’ll let you know if repair isn’t feasible before proceeding with any charges beyond that.
What is the cost of your service fee ?
The service call cost may vary depending on your zip code. Please use our online booking system to enter your zip code, and it will display the exact service fee for your area.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts for First-Time Customers ($25 OFF), Senior Citizens ($30 OFF), Military/Veterans ($30 OFF), and for Online Bookings ($20 OFF). One discount per service applies.
Do you provide any warranties on repairs?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labor. For refrigerator sealed system repairs, we offer an extended warranty of up to one year. If any issues arise within these periods, we’ll come back at no additional cost.
